The deadlines for the Community Bulletin Board circulation and the stack drop circulation are the 1st and 15th of every month. The dates can change slightly due to holidays and weekend. Please book mark this page to get updated information. The hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm. All flyers and posters need to be dropped off by 12 noon on the deadline date. Distribution will be completed within 5 business days.
Please call or email us before the deadlines to make your reservation. Payment must be made before distribution. Checks made payable to SIMAA can be included with collateral. Credit card payments can be made by clicking on the link that follows. The "Make Payment" link can be found to the top right side of the page.
Please address your package to SIMAA - Box #247, enclose payment and a note indicating the area(s) your collateral is being posted.
